This is not your father’s banking era we are coming into. Branch teller transaction volumes will continue to migrate toward more electronic delivery channels.  We will still need and have branches, but the teller transaction volumes will continue to decrease.  Knowing your numbers on transactions, staff compliment, and labor cost per teller transaction are all very important to your service levels and bottom line.  The Teller Management SystemTM is your decision-support tool.
