I believe the use of Management Scorecards is an integral part of managing your operation.  Many of our clients have recently added TMS to their management scorecards at the executive and branch levels.  The scorecards are used to grade the important areas under everyone’s span of control, and are important factors in compensation and bonuses.  Specifically, I would like to add that including many levels of management, including Regional Managers, can have a lasting impact on this initiative.  When you get management focused on TMS and scheduling to need, positive things start to happen.
