What steps can you take to put a recognition program in place?  It can be a co-worker and/or supervisor nomination program, member/customer input, or generated as a result of the TMS reports.  You can also submit articles to your company newsletter, local newspaper, or feature that person in a television advertisement.  Many benefits are derived from good recognition programs, and the biggest is the warm feeling and smile from the person being recognized. 

Please comment on your recognition programs.  What were the results?  Did it increase overall morale?
