Spreading the Managerial Attitude

The demands for the “managerial attitude” can be from the CEO all the way to the front line teller. Establishing a managerial attitude in your culture can be extremely challenging. However, there are many proven techniques to achieve this including: explaining the comparative data reports with the staff to show why we are addressing this topic, implementing recognition and reward programs for improving branches, individual incentive pay programs, and having the staff understand the importance of proper scheduling. Our most successful clients have their tellers asking them “how did we perform last month on TMS?”
