Nothing Happens Unless…

We all know that nothing happens unless it is important to upper management.  The FMSI benchmarking comparative data report helps “C” level executives identify and prioritize branch performance efficiency.  Seeing where their organization ranks among others on productivity, labor cost per transaction, part-time utilization percentages, and salary and benefit pay rates is a significant factor in what causes executive management to affect change.  Without this benchmarking, many operate in a vacuum—not knowing they are accomplishing less than they are capable of achieving.
