Promoting Sales and Service in the Branches

I believe the “Last Frontier” in the branches is the lobby. The lack of actionable business intelligence from the platform side of the branch makes it very dificult for managemnt to improve performance.  Many financial institutions have enormous potential to increase sales and service through queue management systems and on-demand sales reporting technology enhancements—like FMSI’s Lobby Tracking System™.  In early 2011 FMSI released a detailed study about the performance in the platfom side of the branch.  This study reveals key industry metrics around lobby wait times and assist times, as well as product vs. service interaction percentage breakdowns.  Download the study for free here: Branch Lobby Study.
