How Patriot Federal Credit Union Streamlined their Lobby Experience and Increased Member Satisfaction

Our featured Lobby Tracking Chart of the Month is from Educators Credit Union who implemented the Lobby Tracking System in February 2013 and rolled the tool out in March. The chart is a representation of how many of their members were assisted with new products (generally sales-related) as opposed to services over a 12-month period. The two takeaways from this graph are:

1) Servicing work has generally increased proportionately with the number of products sold.

2) The trends indicate elevated volumes during the early spring and summer months followed by a slow decline in the fall and winter.
