Branch Wait-Time Standard – Survey Results

A recent FMSI survey revealed over 75% of the respondents have wait-time standards of 5 minutes or less for their teller lines.  With service often being a critical competitive differentiator, this standard is important to uphold.  See the complete survey results below, which consists of approximately 85 bank and credit union managers from financial institutions across North America.
