FMSI Hires New Senior Vice President of Educational Services and New Application Support Manager to Fill Growing Customer Needs

FMSI, a leading workforce optimization solution provider for banks and credit unions, announced today Bobby Underwood and Greg Kirkham have joined its client support team to facilitate the increasing service demands of the company’s growing client base.  They will focus on developing training courses and content that meets our customers’ expectations, and enhancing the FMSI end user service experience, respectively.

Bobby has more than 25 years’ experience in the industry working with workforce management, time and attendance and project management.  Having worked with several Fortune 500 companies on training initiatives, he brings to FMSI a solid training foundation in achieving the highest customer satisfaction through planning, implementation and development of training courses.

Greg brings over 25 years’ experience in workforce management to the financial services, contact center, back office, and the airline industry.  He has managed a team of support and customer service engineers to over 200 worldwide organizations.
